Shipping For orders to be shipped within United States, we use UPS as our shipping agency and for International orders that require shipping outside United States, we use USPS. The shipping fee is calculated in real-time based on the electronic data fetched from Shipping agency website and it is added to your order total which you can see on the payment confirmation screen.
Refunds Policy To claim refunds you should make sure that the item must be returned exactly in the same conditions as it was sent. You also need to ensure that the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for all refunds.
